Team Administrator

We are currently working with a very dynamic and growing Community Interest Company based in West London to recruit a Partner Management Assistant.

The role will involve supporting a team of Partner Managers providing admin and strategic support with delivery of the organisations programmes across 9 different regions.

Key responsibilities:

• General Admin incl. note taking during meetings
• Manage Task Management for the team
• Manage team to projects and deadlines
• Arranging Senior team visits
• Hold relationships with Senior Stakeholders
• Put together presentations on behalf of the team

The client is looking for someone who has strong administration skills along with experience of senior stakeholder management. The successful person must have the ability to prioritise as well as be able to work autonomously when required.

The role offers the person the opportunity to progress into a Partner Manager role should they wish to in the future.
