Supply Chain & Logistics Team Member

Our Client in Lincoln is looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Team Member for a local engineering company.

Duties to include the following:

Starting for two weeks on a rolling two week contract. Looking for the candidate to start ASAP.

The role will include but not limited to :

 Ensure logistical operations prior to despatch, and on return from the vendor are carried out in an effective and efficient manner (This involves some lifting)

 Ensure parts / material/ serial numbers are checked both on shipment and receipt

 Pack the components to ensure that transportation from the Lincoln site to the vendor , , and unpack processed components from vendors,

 Support the Shipping Team by packing components

 Ensure that on completion of the sub-contract process, parts handed back to NMB Production are ‘fit for use’ and meet all standards relevant to work storage

Attention to detail is critical , as is the ability to work both on your own or as part of the team.

Working hours: 07:30 am – 4.00PM – Monday to Thursday
07:30am – 12:30 – Friday
