Studio/Traffic Manager

A new and excellent opportunity is now available for a Studio/Production Manager to join a well- established and growing team in an exciting integrated agency, with offices in Norwich and London.

Working closely with the Head of Design/Senior design team, this will be a key position giving you responsibility for managing the workload of the studio, ensuring efficiency and productivity on every job. You will provide excellent support facilitating effective and efficient delivery of best creative work. The role will be Norwich based with an element of travel to the London design studio.

The role
•You will fully understand the importance of traffic and work scheduling across the agency, implementing and maintaining efficient and affective workflow planning and distribution.
• You will be responsible for all work going through the studio, ensuring all briefs are full, complete and clear, and that all design work is delivered on time, and within budget.
•You will be responsible for liaising and communicating daily with other areas of the business such as the client servicing /Account Handling teams, design, accounts, development as well as managing relationships with 3rd party suppliers such as production/print or external agencies.
•You will be able to manage multiple projects such as sourcing to negotiating costs, managing forecasts and any freelance requirements during busy periods (including managing the freelance resource roster), as well as spotting and solving problems in work schedules and project delivery.

Experience required

•A background in print/digital/production and strong project management skills

•Ability to apply a forward thinking approach to the role, displayed by a positive, proactive, can do attitude

•Strong time management skills, outstanding organisational and analytical skills

•Ability to multi task while working to deadline yet still retaining a professional approach

•Excellent interpersonal skills, and the confidence and experience in working to deadlines

•Ability to work flexibly to deliver client needs

•A self motivated,agile thinker

•Able to present effective written and verbal communications

•Accurate numerical and analytical skills

•Competent across the entire Microsoft Office suite – any accounting software systems experience would be desirable e.g. Xero or similar
