Spanish speaking Customer Service Advisor

A leading B2B solutions company based in Newark is currently seeking an experienced Spanish speaking Customer Service Advisor to work within their existing team.
Candidates need to be passionate about delivering a world class service, with the ability to prioritise and time manage daily workloads, have a flexible approach to work and motivate others to do the same.

Role
• Provide Customer Service support for a range of key clients in English and Spanish via telephone and emails.
• To produce quotations on request using the resources within the company, including pricing and part numbers to existing and potential customers.
• Database management (CRM) to list all enquires and quotations you have answered/supplied. Both Prospects and existing Customer records need to be kept updated.

Skills / Experience
• Fluent in Spanish both verbal and written
• Problem solving and keen attention to detail
• Driven to deliver high levels of Customer Service
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Clear telephone manner
• Experience of working within a Customer Service environment would be an advantage, but Full Training will be given.

Due to the nature of the business, you will be required to work on a shift rota basis.

Working Hours are 37 per week – start and finish times are between 6.00 am to 8.00 pm Monday to Friday.
