Sous/Senior Sous Chef, Norwich £32,000 – £35,000 + Bonus + Relocation Package

At Select Hospitality Norwich we are currently recruiting on behalf of this fantastic hotel which is privately owned on the outskirts of Norwich to find a Sous or Senior Sous chef.

You will have the opportunity work in this exciting & large brigade offering the best of local produce for a unique menu and well known afternoon tea plus weddings and Functions throughout the year.

As the successful candidate will support and assist the Executive Head Chef in providing exceptional food quality and presentation, you will have the opportunity to work across 3 different restaurants working with a diverse range of menus.

You will be using fresh local ingredients as well as state of the art kitchen equipment & have an opportunity to use your skills and experience to ensure that all customer requirements are met.

Seeking an ambitious individual who has a broad range of culinary skills and a keen eye for detail plus Two rosette experience would be ideal.

As well as a great salary package of up to £35,000, plus bonuses, this role also offers a relocation package, a great pension, free parking on site, meals on duty and excellent career prospects.

This role would suit you if you come from a high volume hotel, rosette or banqueting background.
