I am recruiting for a stunning Norfolk Coastal Hotel, looking for a senior chef to drive the business forward, if you are looking for a role with autonomy & freedom then read on.

As Sous chef you will work alongside the Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to coach, develop and mentor your team, producing a menu using 100% fresh food.

The ideal candidate will come from a busy fresh food establishment, have a good understanding of menu writing & costing, stocktakes, full due diligence and be able to run, motivate and develop the kitchen team and offering.

The perfect candidate will be willing to learn, have the right attitude,be flexible and have a passion for a high-quality customer service.

This role comes with amazing career progression opportunities, a great salary of up to £29,000 plus tips.
