Sous Chef, Holiday Resort, Lowestoft, £28,000-£29,000, Straight Shifts!

My client are looking for a Sous Chef to support their Head Chef & Senior Kitchen Management team ,with the running of any designated Kitchen, including the Main Kitchen during service.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a really friendly and fun team!

Two shift patterns – Early Shift (9 hours) between the hours of 6.30 a.m. -4.30 p.m, or Late shift (9 hours) between the hours of 12 p.m. – 9.30pm. This position is to primarily support the early shift.

The successful applicant will get the opportunity to work across all sections in the kitchen, and contribute to future events and ideas, gaining a varied and broad experience.

You will have experience in a similar environment and possess strong leadership & motivational qualities, with proven supervisory / management experience.
