CDP & Sous Chef, Haverhill £21,000 – £28000 Amazing bonus +Benefits + Live in

I am looking for an experienced kitchen team to join this new kitchen team. My client are currently fully refurbing a busy restaurant and conference venue in Haverhill with a March open date and are looking to recruit their full kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will have experience cooking Lithuanian food, or have an understanding of the cuisine. As part of your role you will be working with the head chef being influential in the menu creation, costing & implementation.

The client are open to the kitchen team leading the food development offer, so if you are looking for an opportunity where you can really be involved from the start.

My client will invest time and effort in you fully supporting menu creation and kitchen equipment ensuring implementation of their concept.

The ideal candidate will come from a busy Lithuanian food background, have a good understanding of menu writing & costing, stocktakes, full due diligence and be able to run, motivate and develop the kitchen team and offering.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be able to work a variety of shifts covering weekends, bank holidays and evenings
