ROLE: Sous chef (Live in available)
LOCATION: Brancaster, North Norfolk
TERM: Full-time/Permanent
SALARY: £25-29k + Tips & Bonus

How would you like to co-manage a well-oiled brigade, cooking for a successful North Norfolk coastal hotel & restaurant as the Sous Chef?

Working in a well kitted-out and maintained kitchen with a dedicated pastry section, you will be helping to produce gastro-style pub food, using locally sourced ingredients.

My client is looking for either an established Sous Chef an ambitious Senior CDP or Junior Sous to assist the experienced Head Chef in the full operation of the kitchen, creating menus, managing and training staff.

At its busiest, the restaurant is known to serve up to 200 covers per service, so a ripe opportunity to bump up your wages with tips!

There is an option to live in if that is something you require.
