Sous Chef


At Select Hospitality Norwich we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Sous Chef with Rosette experience. The client is a beautiful manor house hotel set on the outskirts of ipswich with an an award-winning restaurant.

I am looking for a strong passionate chef, someone who is ambitious and wanting be part of a progressive team.

The successful applicant will get the opportunity to work under the guidance of the Head Chef in this fantastic team. My client is one who really invests time and effort in their team and recognise and reward those who go the extra mile.

The ideal candidate will come from a busy kitchen environment and have strong rosette experience, be very passionate and a real foodie!

Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be able to work a variety of shifts covering weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
