Are you a lover of straight shifts, seasonal work and always dreamt of a 9-5 job in hospitality?

My client, a popular Suffolk seaside restaurant is on the lookout for a Sous Chef to join the team to produce some daytime magic in the kitchen. (Friday and Saturday evenings only until Summer)

It’s an ideal opportunity for a motivated, aspirational chef to make their first step up in to a Sous role, or for an established Sous to work towards the top end of the salary bracket.

You’ll be a part of an enthusiastic and friendly, established team, producing gastropub-esque cuisine for a host of hungry holiday-makers and locals.

The front-of-house team throw in a share of the tips, to sweeten the deal.
