Sous Chef

My client is a traditional and luxurious hotel located in Rougham in Bury St Edmunds, looking for a Chef De Partie to join the kitchen team for their two Rosette Restaurant.

They are looking for someone who has previously worked as a CDP or Commis Chef role with a strong interest in leadership within the kitchen.
They would also like a chef with Rosette experience or someone who has worked with good quality fresh food.

Role duties:
•Working as a skilled Sous Chef in a 2 Rosette Restaurant
•Overseeing and running the restaurant when the Head Chef is not present
•Working with fresh and local produce
•Ability to work at a fast pace in a busy kitchen, and take control
•Be able to listen, learn and work well within a team
•Be passionate and have a real interest in the job
