Chef – 20K plus tips – Blakeney – Must Drive – Live in included

At Select Hospitality we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Chef with Head Chef responsibilities.

The Role
Chef needed to work independently in a beautiful Boutique B&B hotel based in Blakeney Village, fantastic oportunity for a Sous or Head Chef to make a kitchen their own, create new menu’s, ensuring the highest possible standard of food preparation and service are met. Flexibility in the role is required to work closely with The General Manager and perform FOH duties as and when required. Some traveling will be required to collect produce from local suppliers.

Experience and Skills required
•Creative and passionate about food.
•Atleast 2-3 years experience
•Ability to work under pressure
•Be highly organised and flexible in regards to the guests staying at the hotel
•Good understanding of social media applications
•Experinced in fresh food cooking
•Ability to design new menu
•Own transport
