At Select Hospitality Norwich we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sous Chef

The Role
Sous Chef required to work on their own and manage a small quiet kitchen. The job involves preparing fresh ingredients and participating in service. My client needs someone with experience of cooking from scratch in a busy environment, who cares about making delicious, seasonal food.

Experience and Skills required
Previous experience at a similar level.
Creative and passionate about food
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Personal Characteristics
Flexible as regards to roaming between properties. G
Responsible and trustworthy
Creative
