Social Media / Junior Administrator

Job purpose

To provide both clerical and administrative support to all members of the company’s team.
Maintain a smooth-running of office processes, through the coordination and implementation of company procedures with focus on specific duties as listed below.

Responsible for:

Office Support

General administration duties to include; Opening, distributing & franking mail, maintaining records such as Asset register, filing, photocopying, data entry and organising couriers for parcel deliveries.
Undertake reception duties to include; Answering the phone with a positive and polite manner, fully addressing the needs of potential & existing clients on the phone by recording and obtaining important and relevant information. First port of contact for all visitors.
Regular data entry, cleansing and updating database.
Book and organise travel arrangements for team members, controlling and reviewing costs and collating monthly expense records.
Booking deliveries of consignments.
Housekeeping and inventory of meeting rooms on a daily/weekly basis.
To be on hand to offer support to the team in day-to-day running of jobs where necessary.

Marketing/Social Media

Publish the weekly and monthly update to maintain visibility for all staff members of the company’s workload & opportunities.
Collect and promote any relevant PR related to the business including organising professional photographs of completed projects.
With training, continued maintenance and updating of the Company website & Linkedin account to efficiently market & promote.
Supporting in the collation & preparation of accreditation applications.
