Service Support Executive

An exciting opportunity within a global company has become available in Norwich!

My client are a leading organisation within FMCG, and are seeking a Technical Service Support Executive to help develop their service.

You will provide product and services information, and resolve any problems that the customers face with accuracy and efficiency. You will have an aptitude for technical concepts, and will be responsible for delivering support across the entire product range.

You will manage with full autonomy the clients technical requests, relating to products or services via Live chat , email, phone or face to face. Also including;
• Liaising with internal stakeholders
• Support core service subscriptions regarding questions about the services
• Communicate and report complex technical problems to business partners
• On boarding new clients
• Support new technical releases
• Act as an expert for the client

The role will suit a proactive person, willing to develop skills and knowledge , with great interpersonal skills to build a relationship with clients. The ideal candidate will also have a good knowledge of IT technical concepts and systems along with being customer orientated. You will be conversing with customers from all their global territories therefore fluent Dutch or French would be an advantage.
