As with any business development role, you will be accountable for daily/weekly KPI’s and targets for both yourself and your team, external business development will follow through strategic planning and market analysis. You will run team meetings and help you team stay on track with 1-2-1’s . Setting clear objectives will be natural to you as you push your team to grow and develop.
