Senior Recruitment Consultant

Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader required for thriving Lincoln based Agency. This role would suit an existing Senior Consultant looking for the next step up.

Select Appointments was established in 1980 to provide a high-quality and personal recruitment service to employers and job seekers, specialising in the business support sector across a variety of industries.

The Role:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be proactive in analysing the local market, evaluating business potential, anticipating change and initiating appropriate business development activities. This will be a hands on role where you will be expected to sell, achieve billings, attend visits, create tenders and proposals whilst coaching and mentoring a small Commercial Team.

The role will suit an experienced recruitment professional who is looking for a challenge within an autonomous environment. If you currently run a Commercial Desk and are considering a step into management then this may be the role for you.

About You:

You will have proven experience as a successful Recruitment Consultant and a record of achieving billings, ideally within the Commercial Sector.
Previous experience within a sales focused recruitment environment is essential as is a full UK driving licence.

Salary and Package: Negotiable, depending on experience.
