Your day-to-day duties will include:
• Handling enquiries both from customers and partners
• Processing orders, managing work flow and SLAs
• Relationship building across all channels
• Troubleshooting and liaising with stakeholders
• Project management
In your new role as an administrator, you’ll receive Full-time hours (9-5:30) with a salary of £17k – £19K
