Sales Executive – Upminster Essex
£18’000 – 26’500 depending on experience
OTE £26’000 to £38’500

Our client a dynamic and results orientated ‘high end’ boutique B2B telemarketing and outsource telesales agency are looking for a Sales Executive to join their fun and driven sales team based in Upminster. Full training will be provided in this role, you will just need to be a confident and tenacious individual with a ‘can-do-attitude’. Specialising in sales appointment making, lead generation & fully outsourced telesales solutions our client is committed to building long term partnerships by providing a highly tailored service that delivers the required results. The overall goal is to operate seamlessly as a core and integral part of their clients’ sales function.

The Internal Sales Executive role:
• Contacting prospects on behalf of clients (time spent: 50% Europe & 50% US)
• Quickly learning & adapting to clients markets.
• Liaising with Senior Management in the UK & Internationally.
• Qualifying opportunities using consultative sales techniques.
• Exceeding set targets & activity metrics.
• Providing accurate reports & market feedback.

Requirements for the Internal Sales Executive role:
• Recent graduate with the desire and drive to work in Sales.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Articulate and well spoken with the ability to liaise with people of all levels
• Confident and quick to learn with good listening skills
• Lots of drive and ambition with the desire to succeed in a target driven environment.

Hours & Benefits included for the Internal Sales Executive role:
9.00am – 5.30pm (However flexibility is a must in this role)
