About the company
Opportunity to join this fast growing well established promotions business with a UK and global client base. At the top of their field, the business is now looking for two Sales Co-Ordinators to join their busy team

About the role
Working closely with an Account Director and Account Manager, you will liaise with multi national clients by phone and email managing enquiries, preparing quotes, compiling presentations and support materials for meetings. You will also be liaising with suppliers across the world.

Your day to day role will include:
• Pro actively manage customers’ needs and meet deadlines
• Build strong relationships with clients and in house departments including the purchasing and operations teams
• Prepare quotes, presentations and meeting requirements
• Liaise with suppliers
• Assist with project planning
• Deal with customer orders and ensure a smooth handover to operations team
• Visit UK exhibitions and shows to develop knowledge of industry

About You
• You will already be working in a sales support role
• A friendly, pro active approach is essential
• A real team player who is organised and used to hitting deadlines
• Must have high proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must have experience of CRM/order management systems

Salary
£22k to £25k plus company bonus and contributory pension
