Sales & Lettings Manager
£25k per annum basic + commission

Our client, an independent Estate Agent with a dynamic and fresh approach to property sales and lettings, is seeking a Sales and Letting Manager to join their vibrant and fast paced team in South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in an established and growing company.

The successful Sales and Letting Manager must be well presented and confident with at least 2 years’ experience of residential sales. They must thrive on working at and delivering consistently high standards under pressure and enjoy making a positive contribution to office life independently and as part of the team.

• Demonstrable winner of new business and instructions
• Experience in a senior/supervisory role managing a team of Negotiators
• IT literate with knowledge of standard letting agency software.
• Industry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential

• To develop and establish a strong sales department.
• To increase the number of units currently under management.
• To increase overall market share of sales & lettings in the South East & East London area.
• To support, train and advise the sales & lettings team
• To motivate the sales & lettings team to meet and exceed targets.
• To increase overall profitability of the business.
• To identify & implement clear, strategic marketing strategies.
