Position: Sales Administrator
Salary: £20,000
Contract: Permanent
Location: Lincoln
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Our client is an independent motor business, specialising in new and used vehicle sales and servicing. An excellent opportunity has become available for a Sales Administrator to join the team.
This is a very busy role and as the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role with at least 1 continuous year in a similar role as a Sales Administrator.

Responsibilities

• To work alongside the Sales Executives to ensure all paperwork is up to date.
• To coordinate preparation of customer orders with the service department
• To manage customers pre collection documentation including finance, insurance and taxing the vehicle.
• To arrange the handover date of the new car.
• Creating invoices and setting up Warranties.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role as Sales Administrator
• A positive, can do attitude
• Flexible approach to working hours, holiday and sickness cover
• Demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
• Knowledge of the ERP system Kerridge is also desirable
