Sales Administrator

We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join a highly respected company. This role would suit a candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills and some Sales/outbound calling experience.

This role can be temp to permanent, or straight permanent depending on the circumstances of the candidate.

The role is extremely varied and you’ll be involved in writing proposals, supporting the Sales teams and making some outbound calls to generate leads and information.

Sales Administrator Key Responsibilities:

• Help write / create proposals that portray the established image of the company
• Proof read all documents for accuracy of grammar, spelling and information
• Effectively maintain and update database information
• make some outbound calls to generate leads (full training provided)

Experience Required:

• Excellent written English including: spelling, punctuation and grammar
• Good communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner
• self motivated and creative
• Able to work in a varied and fast paced environment
• experience of using databases or CRM systems
• You will be confident making outbound calls and helping generate leads for the Sales team.

You’ll be working in a small friendly team in an award winning workplace, where you’ll be well looked after and given all the training and support needed.
