Sales Administrator (part time)

Sales Administrator (part time) – Permanent – Lowestoft – £8 per hr + bonuses
We are currently looking to recruit a part time Sales Administrator to join our client in Lowestoft to work within this small, dynamic team. This role will be an integral part of the business and will involve managing a customer base and maximising on opportunities.
The duties of the Sales Administrator will include but not be limited to;
• Daily calls to existing customers and building strong, effective relationships to ensure continued business. Making them aware of current special offers and upselling add on products
• Becoming knowledgeable of clients requirements and understanding what products would be of interest and would enhance their business
• Managing standing orders and customer invoices
• Notifying customers of any product shortages and offering alternatives
• Keeping accurate records – updating customer notes on system
• Responding to incoming calls/emails from existing customers and processing orders
• Control stock levels of products – keeping a track of what’s been sold
• Completing collection notes for next day
• Liaise with all other internal departments to ensure customer is receiving first class service
Experience and skills required of the Sale Administrator would include;
• A proven background in a Sales Administration or Account Management
• Exceptional customer services skills with the ability to build effective, long lasting relationships
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• An organised approach to work load working with structure and plans with the ability to work to deadlines
• A background within hospitality would be an advantage
• A motivated, driven approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
• Confident, enthusiastic and a great team player
• Competent IT skills
Hours and Salary Details
25 hours per week – 8am-1pm Mon-Fri (may be some flexibility)
Permanent role. £8 per hour plus excellent bonus scheme on new and existing purchases
