Hotel Restaurant Manager – Cambridge £24,000 plus bonus

My Client is looking for a strong customer focused Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be expected to ensure that the highest standards of customer service is offered at all times. You will have experience working at Management or Supervisory level in a high volume customer facing hotel role

Your main areas of responsibility will be:
•Management of all Restaurant and Bar operations
•Exceptional levels of customer service
•Ensuring effective recruitment, training and development of the team
•Ensure all guest queries are dealt with effectivley
•Ensure that all F&B and Payroll budgets are adhered too
•Drive sales to maximise revenue
•Ensure stock takes are carried out
•Evaluate performance to drive continuous improvement
