Recruitment Consultant

At Select Norwich we are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant on behalf of a company based in the City Centre, on a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months, with potential to be made permanent thereafter.

This a position dealing with retained clients with no sales involved.

The Role:

The Recruitment Consultant will liaise with candidates for the duration of the recruitment process – i.e. ensure all necessary documents are provided on time to ensure they are fully compliant to commence work
Successfully match prospective candidates to vacancies
Manage and support candidates throughout the process, ensuring all documentation and tests are completed in a timely manner to meet set deadlines
Deal with any problems professionally and efficiently

Experience and Skills Required:

Experience in Recruitment preferred
IT Literate, proficient in use of MS Office software i.e. Excel
Recruitment Consultant should have an understanding of compliance, perhaps in a recruitment/HR background
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills

Salary and Benefits:

Salary of £20,000-25,000 depending on experience
