Receptionist – St Albans – £18K – Immediate Start

This very successful construction business are looking for a Receptionist to work in their state of the art offices in the outskirts of St Albans.

Duties include:

• Answering and directing calls
• Greeting visitors and providing refreshments
• Ordering stationery and sundries
• Scanning & filing
• Reporting facilities issues
• Administration tasks as assigned

You will be:

• Proficient in MS Office, including Word & Excel
• Confident with excellent communication skills
• Flexible and proactive

Salary £18K
Hours Mon- Fri – 8.30-5.30
20 days + Bank Holidays
(7 days holiday to be taken during Christmas shut-down)
