This family run firm of dynamic property developers with an impressive portfolio of property across London and the Home Counties are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their friendly team.

Responsibilities include:

• Reception operations; answering the telephone and meeting and greeting visitors
• Attending meetings and taking minutes
• Managing and distributing incoming post
• Providing refreshments to staff and visitors
• Extensive diary management for the Directors
• Electronic and hard copy filing
• Ensuring the office is clean and presentable & much more!!!!

You will be working in a fast paced environment, where no two days are the same.

Are you highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable working on your own initiative, with Good MS Office skills with a flexible attitude? If so, we want to hear from you!
