Receptionist & Administrator

Position: Receptionist
Salary: £17,000 – £18,000
Contract: Permanent
Location: Lincoln
Hours: Monday – Friday (9.00am – 5.00pm)

Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced receptionist to join the team in a busy office based in Lincoln.

As the successful candidate, you will have experience working in a fast-paced customer focussed environment and will be adaptable to a variety of customers both face to face and over the phone.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess high levels of energy and have a positive, can-do attitude
• Maintain a calm, credible and professional manner
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• Be computer literate working in a paperless office
• Be customer focussed
• Have an organised and effective administrator
• Experience in Lettings is desirable but not essential
