Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator
Pay: £10,179 based on a 20hr working week
Start date: ASAP
Location: South Cambs
Our client is looking for a part-time Reception Administrator. They are a well-established business looking for someone to join their site located just South of Cambridge.
Job Role:
• Welcome visitors onto site and contact relevant person.
• Answering telephone calls and taking messages, ensuring transfer to the appropriate individual is completed.
• Sorting and logging of post and deliveries.
• Raising purchase Orders and updating of the database.
• Sign all visitors in and out of the office and provide safety information.
• Maintain high levels of standards in the Reception area at all times.
The applicant will be:
• Highly organised with a confident telephone manner.
• Friendly and approachable to all visitors and guests.
• Able to work alone without supervision.
Benefits:
Monday to Friday working 10-3.
