QA Administrator

Are you looking to join a renowned brand in the medical device sector?

Do you have experience of QA administration and document control duties in a regulated environment?

If so, our client is looking for an proactive candidate for a 12 month contract, there is potential for this position to go permanent for the right candidate.

You will be responsible for providing administrative and system support to the overall QA group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain product Master Data in the SAP System
• QMS Document control including Change Orders
• Provide admin support including data input to repair and spare part complaint systems
• Preparation of data for business reporting and presentations, including Post Market surveillance information, repair data, complaint data, spare part component consumption
• The raising of Purchase Orders

Key Experience:

• Previous experience working within a Quality or regulated environment.
• Engineering Change Management / Document Control.
• Data Preparation & Manipulation (graphs and charts).
• Excellent written & spoken English essential.
• Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook;
