Job Role: Purchase Ledger Clerk

Highly successful local company requires full time purchase ledger clerk
You will be responsible for processing invoices and getting them approved.
Checking supplier accounts and dealing with any supplier queries.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintaining the purchase ledger
Coding and posting invoices
Processing and posting monthly employee expenses
Dealing with supplier queries
Organising and dealing with company mobile phones
Communicating effectively and confidently at all levels, over the phone, face to face and by email
General admin

Preferred Skills:

You will be numerate with good communication skills and have practical finance experience
Highly computer literate
Team player
Car owner/driver ideal
