Job Role: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Local company requires permanent full time purchase ledger clerk.
You will be responsible for processing invoices and getting them approved.
Checking supplier accounts and dealing with any supplier queries.
Organising payments and sending out remittances

Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining the purchase ledger
Coding and posting invoices
Processing and posting monthly employee expenses
Coding and posting company credit card
Dealing with supplier queries
Communicating effectively and confidently at all levels, over the phone, face to face and by email
General admin and filing

Preferred Skills:
You will be numerate with good communication skills and have practical finance experience
