Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk with experience of manually coding and entering invoices? Are you looking to join a friendly and inclusive team working with in a busy accounts team? We are looking for an experienced and dedicated candidate to join this award winning client in Witham.

Responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Clerk role:-
• Entering invoices and credit notes, matching GRN’s maintaining accurate records at all times
• Excellent Customer Service Skills, liaising with internal departments and external customers.
• Using online systems for processing expenses and updating the ledger system
• Manually coding invoices

Skills and experience required for the Purchase Ledger Clerk role:
• AAT Studying or qualified
• Basic VAT knowledge
• Time management and prioritising skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Impeccable telephone manner
• Computer literate
• Focus on quality not just quantity
• Excellent knowledge of computer packages including MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook, Debit note System and Intrastat
