We are currently recruiting for this brand new, exciting opportunity based in central Ipswich. If you have a flair for engaging with customers over the phone, communicating confidently and having the opportunity to upsell and cross sell where possible, then this could be the role for you….
Working in a brand new Call Centre with excellent resources and training, you will be a part of a new and growing team.
The duties of the Outbound Call Centre Advisor will include (bit not be limited to);
• Following up customer enquiries and by effective use of engagement, making appointments for Sales Representatives
• Maximising on any sales opportunities
• Becoming familiar with and developing a sound knowledge of company products
• Keeping accurate records on the database
The key skills and experience required of the Outbound Call Centre Advisor;
• Experience from within a similar role would be highly beneficial
• Alternatively, experience from a customer services related telephone based role
• A confident, professional telephone manner
• Engaging, effective communication skills
• Willingness and ability to further develop your skills
The role will be based in the City Centre so very accessible via public transport or car (no parking on site). Excellent salary available dependent on level of experience. Hours: working Mon-Fri, 7 hrs shift between the hours of 10am-7pm, 4 hrs every 3rd Saturday.
