Payroll/HR Executive – Norwich – Perm

Are you experienced in providing a proficient Payroll service? Are you able to provide knowledgeable HR support concerning both contractors and permanent staff? Do you enjoy accountability and ownership in a role?

My client are looking for someone to provide an efficient Payroll and HR service within their family run, and successful Engineering business. Overseeing these functions for 100 members of staff, you will be a pivotal member of a small and established office team, ensuring that a high standard of service is delivered within agreed time frames and meeting expectations.

Duties will include;

• Processing statutory payments, inc workplace pension
• Liaising with HMRC, employees and managers
• Tax – PAYE, CIS
• Year End procedures

• Maintain accurate personnel records
• New starter and leaver support
• Monitor absences
• Employee and business support
