At Select Hospitality Cambridge we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Pastry Sous Chef

A stunning brasserie within a boutique hotel are looking to recruit a Pastry Sous Chef & Pastry CDP to join their busy pastry section, working alongside the Pastry Head Chef & Executive Head Chef.

You will have the opportunity to work with a number of award winning chefs cooking some of the best patisserie in the area using the most state of the art equipment. My client are one of the most talked about businesses in the area. You will be responsible for the patisserie for a brasserie catering for in excess of 300 covers a day, including brunch, lunch, dinner & afternoon Tea

As part of your role you will have the opportunity to train, coach, mentor and impart your skills and knowledge on the junior team.

The ideal candidate will come from a high volume brasserie background and with knowledge and ability to cater to rosette level.
