Parts / Arb Sales Co-ordinator

First point of contact position dealing with “walk in” and commercial customers, answering incoming telephone calls., Supporting Workshop parts team when required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Supporting both Arb and Parts customers.
* Goods inwards- Checking and accepting deliveries in from suppliers
* Updating information on computer system
* Serving customers in trade department
* Answering incoming telephone calls into business.
* General product replenishment
* General sales

Requirements:

* Experience with arboriculture machinery and equipment essential
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
* Availability to work alternate Saturdays
* 40 hrs per week ( 8.30- 5.30)

Salary and benefits:

* Up to £22K + profit related bonus
* 28 days Holiday (including bank Holidays)
* 2 extra day’s annual leave, based on 100% attendance.
