Partner/relationship Manager

My client, a fantastic tech company based in the heart of Norwich, are now seeking a strong relationship builder/manager to join them as a Partner Manager.

The objective of the role is to acquire new solutions partners, to develop and grow existing opportunities with both solutions partners and technical integration partners.

Responsibilities:
· Acquire solutions partners by creating a compelling business case and developing executive level relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts.
· Develop and grow solution partnerships by helping partners to build and grow:
. Training partners in how to introduce the solution to clients.
. Ensuring partners are trained in how to use the solution.
. Co-marketing initiatives that drive sales and adoption and branding.
· Develop partner pipeline management and sales growth.
· Joint account planning with internal account teams and solution partner teams
· Quarterly Business Reviews with partners
· Act as the main point of contact, champion and problem solver for partners

Monthly activities –
· Own the acquisition, growth and ongoing management of partnerships:
. Create partnership business case
. Negotiate partnership terms
. Ongoing partnership management

· Strategic meetings and training with partners:
. Mutual account planning
. QBRs
. Training
. Account mappings
. Pipeline reviews
. Opportunity/sales support
. Kick offs
. Account team support
. Relationship building activities
. Support and manage co-marketing initiatives:
. PR to generate awareness and branding
. Sponsorship sales
. Industry event participation with partners
. External events and collateral to drive pipeline and awareness
. Support and coordinate training and ennoblement activities:
. Work closely with CSMs and Insight Team to ensure partners receive the training they need to build a thriving practice
. Manage executive events to generate support and excitement for global partnerships
. Support and coordinate product feedback .
Internal account planning, account mappings and pipeline reviews with sales teams
