Paralegal (Employment Litigation) Temporary Contract

We are currently seeking individuals with at least 12 months experience of paralegal work, ideally employment litigation for our Public Sector client in South London. You must be familiar with court procedure, drafting, reviewing and proof-reading legal documents and basic legal correspondence, collating, organising, uploading and managing documents within the councils document management system, creating and copying court/working bundles and conducting disclosure exercises for this purpose including document review and redactions, preparing for court hearings, filing documents at court and dealing with the administration associated with litigation.
Skills and Experience
The right candidate will be competent at legal research and comfortable dealing directly with clients, solicitors, barristers and court personnel. Highly organised, proactive and comfortable with using their initiative to complete tasks assigned to them. Experience of Microsoft Office (particularly document production) and outlook is essential. Able to us an electronic case management system and comfortable using a wide range of search methods to support their research.
They must also be flexible, able to work under pressure, manage competing deadlines and work as part of a support team on their own initiative.
