PA/Office Manager

A busy high-end construction company has an immediate vacancy for a Personal Assistant/Office Manager. Far more than office administration, you will be the Director’s right hand; solving problems head on from a variety of perspectives and becoming a pivotal part in the continued development of a multi-million pound business.

This role will sit at the epicentre of a quality driven housebuilding operation. You’ll have eyes and ears on every aspect of the business:

– PA Duties including Travel/Diary/Email management
– Supplier engagement and liaison
– Data & Documentation management and analysis
– Liaising with multiple departments such as Accounts, Sales & HR
