PA to Directors – 6 month FTC

Our client a dynamic, forwarding thinking and growing Community Interest Company based in West London is seeking an experienced PA to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract.

The role is challenging and varied, and the company are looking for individuals with 3+ years’ experience as a PA who enjoy working in a busy and fast moving office.

The PA to Directors will:

● Provide full diary management and inbox support for the Directors
● Ensure Directors are prepared with the right papers and information ahead of meetings
● Prepare and manage all aspects of the Directors travel
● Providing note taking. agenda and action support as required in meetings
● To organise and operate an electronic filing system
● Creation of presentations using Powerpoint
● Pulling together and obtaining reports from various inputs
● Management of Directors expenses and purchase orders
● Organise catering if required for Directors’ and visitors
● Provision of cover for EA to CEO and other PAs to Directors
● All other ad hoc duties as required


● Proficiency in Google is preferred
● Proven experience in a similar role is essential
● High level of discretion and professionalism
