Office Coordinator – Permanent – Nr. Stansted – £dep on exp
I am currently working in partnership with this longstanding business as they have just embarked on the start of a new and exciting journey; a brand new depot and brand new team. If you are an experienced/Senior Administrator / Coordinator looking to work for a prestigious, high profile brand and excited about making a new job your own and adding value to the smooth running of the office, then this could be the opportunity you are looking for.
This role provides support to the Senior Management team and will be responsible for all duties relating to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the office.
Duties will include but not be limited to;
· Being the first point of contact for all visitors and hosting on site and dealing with all phone enquiries
· Management of all building facilities, utilities contracts, stationary & supplies
· Complex diary management, arranging travel & accommodation
· Implementing effective office procedures
