Office/Facilities Manager

We are working with a company who are embracing this age of digital transformation, working from the stunning Here East Office site in Stratford we need a proven self-starter to take on the co-ordination of their facilities and day to day operations.

This is not your traditional office management role, the team are looking for someone to take on varied tasks . No day will be the same while you lay the foundations of support for this busy UK Headquarters.

• From controlling access of swipe cards
• To managing customer communications
• To maintaining supplies

You will need to have a resilient nature and the ability to manage time and expectations effectively. Previous office or facilities management experience is going to serve you well in this role because your experience will see you hit the ground running.

Working from 8.30 to 5.30pm the team work in a busy but relaxed environment, and based in an office which overlooks the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park it’s a fantastic opportunity to become part of the thriving community that exists in Stratford.
