Vibrant, professional and growing business is looking to find their Office Manager
You will be joining a friendly, energetic team of people all with a common goal to work hard and enjoy what they do.
You will be responsible for:
• All office facilities including alarms, IT and telephone contracts and office building
• Office maintenance including arrangements for new starters, refreshments, kitchen and meeting room upkeep
• Organising all social and internal get togethers
• Diary management for Directors
• Other ad hoc duties

You will be:
• Adaptable ad flexible – happy to jump on any task
• Highly organized and able to multi task
• Able to use your initiative, a real self starter
• Technically competent
• Confident and professional

It’s an informal open plan office with a great team of passionate people
The role is a full time permanent position
