Office Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join an exciting company based in Carterton with international operations. This position will suit an experienced Office Manager or someone looking to move into a managerial position.

You will need to have:
• Book keeping and general accounts background
• Experience of leading or managing a team
• Experience of a manufacturing or engineering or similar office environment preferable
• Excellent communication skills
• Good telephone manner
• Experienced in a customer and client facing role

The ideal candidate will have experience of spare parts administration, service calendars, invoicing, timesheets and stock control.
