Salary: upto £31,000pa negotiable dependant on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
(some weekends and evenings may also be required from time to time)

The MD is definitely not a 9-5 individual so you will be happy to liaise and support her as needed.

THE ROLE

The Role of Office Manager & PA takes on the entire running and coordination of all areas of the office workload and is a very busy and demanding role which requires someone who is able to multi task and coordinate a high volume of deadline coordination. The key to this role is finding an individual that is highly organised, able to deal with intense ever-changing workloads, tight deadlines, tracking of information, ensuring that coordination and closure of these workloads and that updates are proactive and delivered on time and to full completion. Ensuing that no stone is unturned, and results are achieved through to completion. You will be a strong individual, extremely efficient and capable in assisting the Managing Director with her personal life and work life as well as assisting the Operations Manager as and when required. Attention to detail and making sure things happen on the Managing Directors behalf is key.

The successful candidate will get involved in all aspects of the business as well as the personal needs of the MD. The workload will also entail working on projects and taking ownership of workload within the company as priority dictates. The candidate must be able to juggle workloads in a fast-moving environment, coordinating a lot of actions and meeting tight deadlines at any one time for a demanding outgoing individual.

The candidate must be highly efficient at using word, excel, email & be a strong communicator as you will be representing the Managing Director & overseeing mainly her personal workload but also company related workload depending upon demands & priorities. You will be computer savvy to a high standard and if you can use social media and are capable with Photoshop then even better!

The role will incorporate work within the Business for the Managing Director, including the ability to take minutes, and follow up actions, sourcing of goods with Suppliers, general office work, ownership of own Projects, following up with Staff that actions have been completed. You will be working on Social Media and Video Apps with the MD to assist with PR Marketing. You will also be involved in Projects working alongside the MD in co-ordinating and organising key company projects.

The role will also include PA work for the Managing Director dealing with personal affairs, including arranging personal appointments, ordering, travel arrangements, liaising and organising holiday club itineraries. You will need to be highly organised and have the ability to work to short deadlines. The MD does not work 9-5 so flexibility working remotely as and when required from home is also a requirement.

The role will require 40 hours per week which will involve being in the offices at Red Carpet Ready and possibly working remotely from home as the MD is not a 9-5 individual. As long as the workload is competed efficiently the hours worked can be flexible to suit the individual to some degree. From time to time some weekend or evening work may be required during our peak periods.
