Office Co-ordinator

We’re looking for an Office Co-ordinator who wants to do more than just man the phones. With responsibilities for Regional IT co-ordination/support as well as offering assistance to the HR Advisor and the Regional Managing Director this is a varied role where no two days are the same.

My client in the residential sector has over 50 years experience in the construction industry. With the support of a national brand behind them, this business still enjoys a relaxed and family feel in the office, making this role perfect for someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team. My client really values their employees and enjoys working collaboratively in all aspects of the business.

In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of the business from IT, supplier and customer relationships and business operations. As such, the ideal candidate will need to be very computer literate, with the ability to set up office equipment and manage the traceability of all company hardware. As well as having excellent customer service skills to cover reception duties and the confidence to provide training on software to existing employees and provide new starter inductions.

This is an opportunity for someone who is agile, versatile and has the ability to pick up things quickly. A passion and drive to succeed in whatever you do and take pride in your work. In this office based position you will also enjoy being kept busy in an IT environment whilst still engaging with a wide variety of people.
