Office Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has become available in Norwich for an Office Coordinator.

Working within the leisure industry you will be customer and client focussed, along with maintaining an efficient office environment.

Your duties will include;

• Coordinating receptionist and administration staff
• Assist with all recruitment processes
• Carry out administration and supporting the Club Manager
• Organise facilities and maintenance throughout the site
• Arranging meetings for your team
• Ensure compliance paper work is up to date

You will have a previous experience within an office environment ideally with coordinating/ supervising / manager experience.
Along with:

• Excellent organisation skills
• Strong communication at all levels
• Possible leisure industry experience would be an advantage
• Strong background in administration
